After giving Avignon
a quick tour I headed west. Going was on
highways as the tourist office had maps of bike routes in there district which
was in the other direction. I got to
Pont du Gard which was charging 20 some Euros for a car load. Bikes were free, I like this place. I wish I had come earlier so I could have swum
in the river. It was late afternoon and
I should move on to camp. Camp ground
was a bit expensive so I went looking for others which I could not find. I did find a nice spot to wild camp.
