Still I am heading into the wind. Sand and gravel make it rough going. Pools of water cover the road. Noon the rain starts and an hour later boots and gloves are soaked. Wind shifts more from east giving me an afternoon boost. The ringing out the gloves only last a short while. I need better mittens. I returning to the camp that I started this highlands adventure from. Cold and wet I climb into my tent.Love and kisses
