Ecuador likes their cobble stone roads. The cobble stones make for a bumpy ride. In El Angles find more toplairies in the square. Most of the day is a log decent. End the day in a farming area and find a rough camping spot near a field.
Morning is spent descending to the bottom of the valley and then ride an old railroad grade. In the afternoon we start the long hot climb out of the valley. As evening comes we camp behind an old abandoned home. A loud flock of parakeets came by our camp for a while.
